Disruption Products LLC runs disruptionproducts.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you place an order, we receive:

1. Your name and email address.
2. Your shipping address, and your billing address if you give one.
3. What you ordered and what you paid.

You enter these on Stripe’s checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe. We never see your full card number.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

How we use it

1. To pack and ship your order.
2. To contact you about your order.
3. To answer your questions.
4. To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing email.

Who we share it with

1. Stripe processes your payment. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
2. Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks.
3. Resend delivers the order notice email that tells us about your order.
4. Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your package.
5. Google measures visits to this site with Google Analytics. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Your cart and cookies

Your cart is saved in your own browser, using local storage. It stays on your device until you check out.

We use Google Analytics to count visits. It sets cookies in your browser and receives technical data such as your IP address and the pages you view. After an order, we tell Google Analytics the order total and the product names. We don’t send your name, email or address. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.

Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.

Etsy

Links to our Etsy shop take you to Etsy. If you buy there, Etsy’s privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email support@disruptionproducts.com. We may need to keep some order records to meet the law.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
