Changed your mind? You can return an item within 14 days of delivery.

How to return an item

1. Email support@disruptionproducts.com within 14 days of delivery. Tell us your order email and what you’re returning.
2. We’ll reply with the return address.
3. Send the item back unused and in its original packaging. Toilet paper rolls must be unopened in their box.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one. In that case we cover it.

Refunds

We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.

Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our mistake.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Orders from Etsy

If you bought from our Etsy shop, start the return from your Etsy order page. Etsy’s process applies to those orders.
